Q1: What is included in the 21-color system?

A: Full kit PRS-S-R includes R01 Bright Red, R02 Dark Red, R03 Pink, R04 Light Pink for gingiva; R05 Sepia to R10 Green for dentin/warm; R11 Dark Green to R14 Lilac for incisal/translucent; R15 Black, R16 Gray, R17 Beige, R18 White for effects; plus R19 Diluent, R20 Glaze (hard), R21 Glaze(soft) (elastic for gum). Each 3.5g. Total 73.5g.

Q2: How to use Bright Red to White etc? Do I need R19 Diluent?

A: Yes, R19 is essential for control. Base technique: Apply undiluted R01-R04 for deep gingiva, mix 1:1 with R19 for mid-blending, 1:3 for light veil. For tooth: R05-R09 undiluted cervical, diluted 50% for body. R10-R14 always diluted 30-70% for translucent incisal effects. R15-R18 as spot colors, use pure or diluted. Cure each layer 30-50s, 0.08-0.15mm.

Q3: Difference between Glaze R20 and Glaze(soft) R21?

A: R20 Glaze is high-hardness, high-gloss final seal for tooth surfaces – scratch resistant, for incisal & occlusal. R21 Glaze(soft) is slightly elastic, satin-to-gloss, designed for gingiva and flex zones – prevents cracking on PMMA/soft polymers and gingiva movement simulation. Many labs: R20 on crown, R21 on gum area. Can be layered: R20 then thin R21 on gingiva.

Q4: Universal compatibility – really works on PEEK and PMMA?

A: Yes. Formula is universal resin stain & glaze. On PEEK/PMMA/Composite: direct adhesion after light sandblast. Tested on all major 3D printing resins (NextDent, SprintRay, Formlabs etc). Optimal bond is with PRS Polymer Resin due to matched chemistry, but not exclusive.

Q5: Difference between 21-color and 7-color Gum Kit?

A: 7-color Starter (Kit B) = R01 Bright Red, R02 Dark Red, R03 Pink, R04 Light Pink + R19 Diluent, R20 Glaze, R21 Glaze(soft). Covers 90% of daily gingiva cases. 21-color Full (Kit A) = Complete system including all tooth warm, incisal, effect shades R05-R18 for full denture and crown characterization. If you do only gingiva: start with 7. If you do crowns, dentures, implant supra: 21 is needed.
