Target: Young light phenotype, blending base
Unique: Young, light, low-saturation natural base. Ideal for children, light phenotypes and blending edges of darker gum colors.

Q1: What is R04 Light Pink in Polyfix Stain Kit?

A1: R04 Light Pink is Young, light, low-saturation natural base. Ideal for children, light phenotypes and blending edges of darker gum colors. Part of the 21-color PRS-S-R system (Polyfix Resin Stain – Real). Features Light-Diffusion Micro-Pigment technology, thixotropic gel consistency for 0.08-0.15mm ultra-thin control, cures with LED 385-430nm in 30-50s per layer, high stability, and intelligent nanomaterial with antibacterial + wear-resistant matrix. Code R04 delivers young light phenotype, blending base characterization in one thin layer.

Q2: What is R04 used for? Gum color or tooth color?

A2: Gum color / modifier. R04 is for gingival characterization: Young light phenotype, blending base. Primary gum shade, buildable from light to intense with R19.

Q3: How to use R04 Light Pink? Does it need diluent R19?

A3: Thin-layer technique: 1) Clean and matte printed part. 2) Mix R04 Light Pink with R19 Diluent – 1:1 for standard, 1:2 for light young light phenotype, blending base. 3) Apply with fine brush in single stroke 0.08-0.15mm – do not build thick. 4) LED cure 385-430nm for ≤30s per layer (tack-free). 5) Repeat if deeper. 6) Final seal mandatory: if hard tooth/denture → R20 Glaze (high-gloss hard anti-stain). If flexible gingiva / soft base → R21 Glaze(soft) as elastic base ONLY to prevent cracking, then R20 on top. R04 must be sealed or will wear.

Q4: Can R04 Light Pink be used alone without ZonMed resin? Compatible with PMMA PEEK?

A4: Yes, standalone universal. R04 Light Pink works on ANY brand 3D printed resin, PMMA, PEEK, composite, zirconia, and denture base resin. No need for ZonMed resin. Just ensure substrate is cleaned, light-cured, and slightly roughened. Cure with standard dental LED 385-430nm. Optimal synergy with PRS Polymer Resin (Polyfix Resin System) for best bond and shade match, but not required. Universal compatibility validated.

Q5: Is R04 included in 7-color Kit B? What is difference between Kit A and Kit B?

A5: Yes, R04 Light Pink IS included in 7-color Kit B. Kit B = R01 Bright Red, R02 Dark Red, R03 Pink, R04 Light Pink, R19 Diluent, R20 Glaze, R21 Glaze(soft). Kit B is daily gum work kit – covers 90% of gingival staining. Kit A is full 21-color master kit with all tooth colors R05-R18 plus Kit B contents. If you only do gingiva, Kit B is enough. For full tooth + gum + effects + incisal, you need Kit A (R01-R21)
