Target: Flexible base, anti-crack elastic layer
Unique: Clear soft-elastic flexible glaze. MUST as base layer under gum colors on flexible dentures – prevents cracking, absorbs stress.

Q1: What is R21 Glaze(soft) in Polyfix Stain Kit?

A1: R21 Glaze(soft) is Clear soft-elastic flexible glaze. MUST as base layer under gum colors on flexible dentures – prevents cracking, absorbs stress. Part of the 21-color PRS-S-R system (Polyfix Resin Stain – Real). Features Light-Diffusion Micro-Pigment technology, thixotropic gel consistency for 0.08-0.15mm ultra-thin control, cures with LED 385-430nm in 30-50s per layer, high stability, and intelligent nanomaterial with antibacterial + wear-resistant matrix. Code R21 delivers flexible base, anti-crack elastic layer characterization in one thin layer.

Q2: What is R21 used for? Gum color or tooth color?

A2: Functional clear soft-elastic glaze. MUST-USE flexible base ONLY for gingiva and flexible denture areas. It prevents cracking by absorbing flex stress. Never replace R20 with R21 for hard surfaces.

Q3: How to use R21 Glaze(soft)? Does it need diluent R19?

A3: R21 Glaze(soft) – flexible base ONLY, no diluent needed. Procedure: On flexible denture base / soft gingiva, apply R21 thin layer 0.08-0.15mm as stress-breaker, cure 30-50s. Then apply gum colors R01-R04 over it (mixed with R19 if needed), cure each ≤30s, then final seal with R20 or second layer R21 if extreme flexibility needed. Never use R21 as final occlusal glaze – too soft.

Q4: Can R21 Glaze(soft) be used alone without ZonMed resin? Compatible with PMMA PEEK?

A4: Yes, standalone universal. R21 Glaze(soft) works on ANY brand 3D printed resin, PMMA, PEEK, composite, zirconia, and denture base resin. No need for ZonMed resin. Just ensure substrate is cleaned, light-cured, and slightly roughened. Cure with standard dental LED 385-430nm. Optimal synergy with PRS Polymer Resin (Polyfix Resin System) for best bond and shade match, but not required. Universal compatibility validated.

Q5: Is R21 included in 7-color Kit B? What is difference between Kit A and Kit B?

A5: Yes, R21 Glaze(soft) IS included in 7-color Kit B. Kit B = R01 Bright Red, R02 Dark Red, R03 Pink, R04 Light Pink, R19 Diluent, R20 Glaze, R21 Glaze(soft). Kit B is daily gum work kit – covers 90% of gingival staining. Kit A is full 21-color master kit with all tooth colors R05-R18 plus Kit B contents. If you only do gingiva, Kit B is enough. For full tooth + gum + effects + incisal, you need Kit A (R01-R21).
