Zonmed Polyfix PRS-S-R19 Diluent – Resin Diluent / Thinning & Blending Solution. PRS-S-R19 Diluent is the specialty clear diluent for thinning, blending, translucency control and feather-edge transition of PRS-S stain series. Compared to R18 White, R19 is not a color but a transparent carrier to reduce viscosity, soften color intensity, create sheer wash and extend working time. Designed for 3D-printed denture base, PMMA, PEEK, composite and PRS polymer resin. Its low-viscosity thixotropic clear gel formula enables ultra-fine 0.08mm dilution layering, seamless color gradation and mixing with R05-R18 to create a life-like translucent gradient. Cures in 30-50s with LED 385-405nm and offers long-term clarity, MDR certified.
