Zonmed Polyfix PRS-S-R21 Transparent Glaze (Soft) – Flexible Gloss Sealant & Soft Resin Finish. PRS-S-R21 Transparent Glaze (Soft) is the specialty flexible high-gloss sealant for final surface sealing of soft and flexible denture base resins. Compared to R20 Transparent Glaze (hard), R21 is not a hard glaze but a soft elastic glaze to lock color on flexible base, add soft-touch gloss, prevent plaque adhesion and avoid cracking on bending. Designed for 3D-printed flexible denture base, soft PMMA, flexible PEEK, soft composite and PRS soft polymer resin. Its self-leveling low-viscosity soft clear gel formula enables ultra-thin 0.08mm elastic glaze layering, bubble-free sealing and full compatibility with R05-R19 cured stains. Cures in 30-50s with LED 385-405nm and offers long-term soft gloss & flexibility, MDR certified.
